Hold one token. Get paid in the stocks you pick.

A proposal for a coin whose trading fees fill one pool, paid out every day to holders in tokenised shares of real companies. This paper checks the idea against the chain: what those shares cost, how their dividends are already being reinvested on Solana, and what your odds in a draw really are.

Every xStock on Solana carries a small piece of arithmetic in its mint account: a multiplier. When the underlying company pays a dividend, the issuer raises it, and every holder's balance grows by that much without a single transfer. Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson and Exxon have all paid this way on-chain.

Dividrop's idea borrows the mechanism and turns the dial: fees from a single community token buy those shares and hand them out. Below you can read the multiplier of every major xStock, build the basket you would want to be paid in, and run a draw that anyone can re-check from a public block.

How the payout would work

I.

Fees fill one pool

Every buy and sell of the token pays a small fee. Those fees collect in a single pool, in SOL, visible on-chain.

II.

You pick your stocks

Holders choose a basket: Coca-Cola and Exxon, or Nvidia and the S&P 500. Choices are a signed message, not a transaction.

III.

A draw, seeded by a block

Each day the pool is paid to drawn holders, weighted by balance. The seed is a finalised Solana blockhash, so anyone can re-run it.

IV.

Shares keep paying

The shares land in your wallet and keep earning: when the company pays a dividend, the mint multiplier rises and your balance grows.

Loading prices from Jupiter…

Token $ is the Jupiter on-chain price. Ref. $ is the issuer's reference price for the underlying share as reported in Jupiter's data. Prem. is the token's premium or discount to it. Div. reinv. is the on-chain multiplier minus one.

The dividend ledger, read from the mint

Each xStock is a Token-2022 mint with the scaled UI amount extension. It stores a current multiplier, a next multiplier and the moment the next one takes effect. Your wallet shows raw balance × multiplier.

This table reads all of them in one mainnet call (getMultipleAccounts), so every figure is the chain's own. The last step is the most recent dividend, as a fraction of a share.

Your odds in the daily draw

Supply and holder count come from mainnet and Jupiter; your balance from your wallet.

Model. Each draw picks winners without replacement; other wallets are assumed to split the remaining supply evenly. Real distributions are more concentrated, which lowers a small holder's square-root odds slightly.

The draw room: a provably fair draw from a real block

seed —

Entrants are the real top holders of a tokenised stock, weighted by balance. The seed is SHA-256(blockhash | SHA-256(entrants)) from a finalised Solana block. Winners are drawn by weight, without replacement, from SHA-256(seed | i).

Connect a wallet, or paste any address, and the desk reads its tokenised stocks from mainnet. Because the balance is raw × multiplier, we can say exactly how much of each holding arrived as reinvested dividends.

    Questions & answers

    Is the Dividrop token live?

No. This paper describes the design and tests it against live data. There is no pool, no draw paying real money and no token from us yet. If one launches, its address will appear in the masthead.

Where do the dividend figures come from?

From each xStock mint on Solana mainnet. The Token-2022 scaled UI amount extension stores the multiplier the issuer raises when a dividend is paid. We read the account directly through a read-only RPC proxy.

Why is a token's price different from the reference price?

The token trades on Solana around the clock, the reference comes from the issuer's feed and the share market. Out of hours, and in thin pools, the two drift apart. We show that gap as the premium.

How can a draw be provably fair?

The seed comes from a finalised Solana blockhash, which nobody knows in advance, combined with a hash of the entrant list. Given the slot and the list, anyone can recompute the same winners with the method printed beside the draw.

What does "Sign my choice" do?

Your wallet signs a plain-text message stating your basket. It is free, sends no transaction and moves nothing. It shows how a choice could be recorded without giving up custody.

    Are these real securities?

xStocks are tokens issued by a third party that track shares; their terms, eligibility and risks are the issuer's. Dividrop is not affiliated with any issuer and gives no investment advice.

    Corrections & clarifications

Dividrop is an independent concept, not a live product. It has no audit, no partners and no users to report. Prices, holders, multipliers and blocks are live mainnet and Jupiter reads; payouts, odds and baskets are models and are labelled so. The site never holds funds, never asks for a seed phrase, and the only thing it can ask your wallet for is a free message signature.
